This 5 week class is a perfect introduction for beginers as well as a great refresher for those thinking about getting back into pottery. All classes are held at Haven Art's professional ceramic studio.
BASIC POTTER'S WHEEL
This class is designed to give the student experience throwing clay on the wheel. Students will learn to wedge, center and throw clay to create basic cylinders, pots, and mugs that will then be glazed. Small class allows for maximum individual attention. The class culminates with an art show of student work.
Enrollment is limited. Register through Continuing Education in Port Washington
5 classes $110 plus $50 materials fee (payable first day)
